Karen handles more than finances–

she brings peace of mind and freedom to small business owners.

Karen has worked in both public and private accounting since 2008. She has had her own practice since 2014, doing client accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax planning and preparation. Prior to that, she had a long-term career in information technology and management.

Karen has a B.S. in Systems and Data Processing from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.S. in Management from Regis University in Denver.  She also completed additional accounting classes to qualify for the CPA exam at Regis.

She and her husband raised their two children in the Lakewood, Green Mountain area. They love glamping, hiking and traveling.

I know that leaving work before 5 can feel like a vacation. Since 2014, over 52 small businesses have trusted me to help them find time to spend with their families, take a trip, or hike Green Mountain on a Friday afternoon.

Let’s start by reviewing what you have, then set goals for where you want to be.

Karen brings more than her extensive financial and accounting expertise to Colorado Regional Oral Surgery; she brings peace of mind. We consider her an extended member of our practice and have never been more comfortable with the state of our finances, budgeting, and bookkeeping. Karen takes initiative and does what it takes to make deadlines. She stays current on compliance issues, forecasts, and ever-changing laws. On a personal level, I (we) enjoy her mature, warm and engaging personality.
